Jennifer has been working for me as a child care taker for the past 4 years taking care of my daughters on a consistent basis while I was finishing my second Master's Degree. Not only is she reliable and now a part of the family, but she always went over and beyond to do fun, creative, educational activities with my girls (now 12 and 4 1/2). This was important as I am a teacher and it was impressive that she was also pursuing a Masters degree in education at the same time.
