Jennifer most definitely knows her job. My son has multiple disabilities and is non verbal. She brings out all the abilities that my son has. She helps him to be as independent as he is able. She does personal care as well as bringing him out in the community. He does communicate and she makes sure that he does it appropriately and the way I wish for it to be done, whether it is by sign language, jesters or using his communication device. Jenn also makes meals and feeds my son, His food is blended and she works with him to eat chopped food, small bites and chewing. She is very aware when he is trying to pull the wool over her eyes. I am very satisfied with the way she works with my son.
