About Jenna

Hi my name is Jenna! I have a Bachelors Degree in Spanish with an emphasis in literature and Global Studies with an emphasis in Human Rights, Social Movements, and Justice in Latin America. I have experience with children from the ages of 2 months-18 years old. Throughout my educational and work career, I have had many opportunities to tutor youth in various subjects as well as support with learning independent life skills. I love tutoring kids in Spanish, writing, reading, english, social studies, Latin American studies, geography, literature, social sciences, etc. I am culturally competent and able to work with people from diverse backgrounds. I am Safe Zone badge certified through the LGBTQI+ Cultural Center at the University of Arizona. I also have a working knowledge/experience of: Aggressive Behaviors, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Common Behavioral Diagnosis, Challenging Home Environments, and Substance/Alcohol Abuse.
