I am retired from the Military (National Guard) and Federal Employee (Government). I possess a high degree of security clearance, integrity, and reliability. I am available for a variety of tasks/odd jobs ranging from running errands, dog walking during the day, home repairs and general maintenance/installation to include closet organizers, curtains, pictures, drywall repair, painting, furniture assembly, refinishing, etc. Home repairs must not involve structural alteration and electrical repairs/installation. Cost of services vary depending upon the nature of work and travel distance. Dog walking and running errands are low end rates. I love dogs of all types, however, I fully understand how temperamental and territorial we all can be at times. Therefore, we should plan to meet and get to know each other before I intrude on them. Projects involving materials and installation will increase rates depending upon degree of difficulty, travel, materials available (you purchase and have available versus me required to do so), etc. I am not a licensed contractor, whereby, projects should remain limited in scope and scale.
