I interviewed Jeanette, she was very nice and showed a lot of interest. She seemed like a great fit so offered her job on the spot. She accepted. Tried to schedule a time we could have her trained. She said she would get back to me by a certain time later the same day. She messaged me back about an hour after the time she said she would get back to me and said she got locked out of her phone and then never contacted me again. Just left me hanging without any explanation. So strange for someone to accept a job and then disappear like that, very unprofessional.
