I am 26-years-old and a college student. I'm majoring in ECE and Child Development. I'm currently in the process of receiving my Family Child Care certification this Fall-Spring. I'm aspiring to be a Kindergarten Teacher and own my Kindergarten Preparatory School business. Prior to my child care experience, I have been hands-on with my two younger siblings since they were born. I worked at a Christian Mother's support group who share the common bond of preschool age children as a daycare provider for my first job. Duties entailed Christian based teaching, arts and crafts. I would be in charge of circle time, story time, and basic daycare duties (i. e. feeding, diaper changing, etc.). My group of children ranged from infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. I also worked as a babysitter for 4 - 6 years. I am a Youth Leader in our Ministry of 8 years. I counsel teens who go through pressures in and out of home. I also volunteer as a sitter for our marriage retreats - group of kids range from toddlers to preteens, 10+ kids for a full weekend. I have worked for a Church as a Nursery Supervisor and received my Safe Church: Prevention in Child Abuse, Sexual Exploitation, Sexual Harassment. I have gone through Nanny Training and received my Nanny Certification soon! I've been a nanny for 4 families.
To date, I work for Natomas Child Care as a Daycare Assistant. Through Natomas Child Care, I obtained my CPR and First-Aid certification, TB Test, and Fingerprint Scan.

Jazmin watched my 2 boys for the first time today and really put me at ease. My kids loved her and she communicated with me through out the day (which I loved)! I highly recommend her.
