My experience stems from caring for close family members. I had a young relative (cousin) who had asthma, and she was diagnosed with cancer at the young age of 8. I cared for her by feeding, bathing, carrying, and entertaining her daily. I came to care for her on weekends and after school. She passed away 2 years later. I have also cared for my grandmother, who has a thyroid condition. She had surgery on both knees due to an injury that occurred during work hours. I helped with physical therapy to strengthen her knees. I still spend time with her at the gym three times a week to bring her legs back to life. I also cooked, cleaned, and ran errands when she wasn't able too. I am majoring in biology. Although I may not be a certified nurse, my dream is to become a cardiac surgeon. I do believe I am a fit for this particular career industry. I am a hard worker and great at everything I encounter. I believe I would be the perfect candidate, not only from experience, but because I genuinely care about the wants and needs of others and not only to make a living but to see others smile, living in peace and happiness. I am CPR certified.
