I have three grown children of my own and an 11-year-old grandson as well as a 6-year-old granddaughter. I have worked with children of all ages in various settings (day care, an orphanage, in-home day care, Head Start preschool and as a private nanny) for much of my adult life and also have experience with the elderly both as an Administrator of nursing homes (10 + years) as well as a companion/caregiver for individuals. Currently, I am looking for a long term, full time or part time (25 to 45 hours a week) nanny position for up to 2 children. I have my own car and am very comfortable with pets. I am also trained in pediatric CPR/first aid and can do light housework, meal preparation and run errands.

It was a pleasure to have Janeen as our nanny. She cared for our infant son for 8 months before I left my high stress job to watch him full-time. We interviewed so many nannies before finding Janeen. From the moment she walked in we knew we had someone kind, patient and very experienced. There’s nothing she hasn’t seen. Her advice and input on things like baby eczema, feedings and teething were so helpful for me as a first time mother. It was always a sigh of relief when she walked through the door every morning because I knew my son would be well taken care of. I would highly recommend Janeen for anyone searching for a long term nanny. I’m so thankful to have had her with us.
