I started working with autistic children almost 5 years ago now in a group home setting. I know mild sign language from working with non verbal children. I love working with autistic children because I enjoy learning them and what they like. From being in the group home I have worked with very aggressive clients to non aggressive. I also have experience with seizures and g tubes. I assist with daily living skills and needs such as bathing homework cooking cleaning managing money and outings into the community. I enjoy my job because I enjoy the challenges that come with it.
