I occasionally sit for a family with older twins that are 10; one of the children has autism. I am very compassionate and have a lot of patience when it comes to the delicate care that he requires, while also giving the little girl the attention she needs. I also care for a single mother's two boys, both having ADHD. Only one of the boys is on medicine so this is also another sensitive job where I must remain calm in order to help the boys function to the best of their abilities.
