Hello! My name is James and I am 26 years old. Prior to moving to Florida I worked at an inclusion daycare with children who had varying levels of sensory processing disorder and other delays. I moved to Florida in August of 2017 and did a College Program for 9 months. I worked at a childcare center for kids of cast members for 1 year as well as a charter school for children with special needs for 6 months at the same time. I have been working at an ABA center in Winter Park for just shy of 5 years now; first as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a little more than 3. 5 years, and I have been a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) for over 1 year now while in my master's program to further my education and career in the field. I am also CPR/First Aid certified. I would be happy to help out with occasional weekend or weekday evening childcare needs that pop up! I look forward to meeting you and your family! :)

James made a fantastic first impression with not only me but with my son. I have never hired anyone to watch my son before, James was the very first, and he made sure that he set my mind at ease and calmed my nerves. He was always punctual and communicative, welcomed my check ins while I was away and was so sweet and patient with me as I got used to having him spend time with my little one. He worked with my son on his speech and language and helped with bedtime routines - everything was always calm and quiet when I would arrive home. He is an amazing asset for your kids and for your family and a wonderful friend. I would recommend him one million times!!
