About Ja'el

For 4 years, I have worked at a summer camp for low-income families with age groups ranging from 4-15 years old. I was in charge of groups of about 40 kids, both at our campus and while out on field trips. I was also in charge of our cooking club and helped out with our arts and craft club as well. Prior to working here, I volunteered at this camp as well for many years. I have babysat young babies and families of 4 children as well. I love building bonds with the kids I work with, making sure they are safe and happy while in my care. While I value having fun and making sure everybody is always smiling, I do believe safety and responsibility are equally important. As an education major, I am also happy to assist with classes and homework, working to ensure that the child fully understands their lessons. I am very fond of cooking and happy to ensure you come home to a tidy house as well. I am lucky enough to have a big heart for all sorts of pets and children, so please reach out!
