I am a licensed physical therapist assistant, graduated from the University of Indianapolis program in 2011,. I am currently in my fourth year as a clinician. I currently work in geriatrics, with experience in neurological disorders (such as post-stroke, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, etc) and orthopedic injuries. I also have experience with younger adult care, and youth. My work history includes employment as a respite care provider for 1 year with Noble of Indiana. I have personal experience with persons with disabilities, including my older sister, and have volunteered for organizations such as Joy's House, IUPUI's Motor Activity Clinic, DAMAR services, and Special Olympics, and more in the past. I enjoy working with people and have enjoyed volunteering with an urban youth ministry of Indianapolis east side area for the past 5 years, which serves ages 3-18, and teenagers. I have Safe Sitters training from my middle to high school days, and have experience babysitting my ages newborn to 6 years old nieces and nephews. I believe in community involvement, and engaging all people, and tend to receive good feedback from patients at work and others in my life.
