Trained Special Forces Combat Medicine for NAEMT Under TECC/TCCC Guidelines. Worked on three deployments under humanitarian relief providing first aid and medical under hostile environments. Worked with FEMA and USCG, USMC Recon 3, US Army and Department of State Teaching under those Guidelines. TCCC/TECC and a environment as such is extremely harsh but the training a extremely universal. TCCC is care under fire but TECC carries care under civilian circumstances. Under the training I have required and the work I have done from executive protection and military deployments I have trained people from green berets all the way to children. I may have the word tactical care under the guidelines but if we step back and understand its basic first aid on steroids that will impact how a life will be saved when medical is far off.
