While I was in college, I cared for several families ranging in age from newborn to high school. . I went back to school to obtain my elementary teaching license. I taught kindergarten for 9 years until my sweet baby boy was born and decided to stay home with him. I loved having the opportunity to watch him grow! Our days were filled with make-believe, crafts, books, and exploring. While staying home with both my boys, I had the opportunity to nanny and build relationships with several families that had children the same age as mine.

Ivy is an absolute treasure! From the beginning, it was clear she was going to be an important part in our family. She is patient, kind, and has a wonderful sense of humor with the kids. Being a former teacher and a mom herself, she understands the developmental needs of children and understands what they need in situations. She is creative and loves going on adventures with the kids. She is punctual and responsible, and provides us with the peace of mind that every parent desires. Our kids don’t just love her; they feel comfortable and secure in her care, making her an invaluable part of our family. We feel incredibly fortunate to have her on our parenting journey with us!
