I cannot say enough wonderful things about Irma! She has been with our family for over two years, since my son was about five months old, and she has really become part of our family. Since day one, Irma has been extremely kind, patient, generous, and understanding in how she deals with my son. She is schooled in early childhood development and constantly uses those lessons in her day-to-day activity with my son. She never once turned on the TV, even when my son was napping, as she said that she preferred to help in other ways by cleaning the house, doing laundry, and cleaning my son's toys. Irma truly is my son's best friend. The only reason she is no longer working for us is because my son has started preschool. But when I first told him that he was going to be going to school now, his first question was whether Irma could come with him, which I believe is a testament to how much he loves her.
