About Iris

Iris has been dependable and has adapted well to our in-home setting, particularly during the colder months. Iris enjoyed taking our son out for neighborhood walks and spending time outside at the nearby playgrounds as the weather has permitted. Most of the time Iris spent time with our son inside our home, typically in his nursery or in our living room, and she entertained him with books, toys, music, snacks, and other typical age-appropriate activities. She has respected our parental decisions, such as no screen time. We appreciated the Spanish she spoke around our son and taught him, which was important to us. Though we still prepared almost all of our son's meals, Iris did supervise and manage the rest of meals and snacks. Iris also developed a nap routine with our son, and he often slept longer when she handled his nap. We both worked from home and tried to stay out of sight, but in such close quarters it could be tough to manage; Iris was patient with any crying as a result.
