All throughout high school I was always doing some type of babysitting job on top of working at the mall. Parents thought of me as a trustworthy kid because I stayed out of trouble, came from a good family, and was involved in school. I babysat for my neighbors, family friends, cousins, and more. My mom always called me mom #2 because I loved helping her with my younger brother. Since high school, I haven't done much babysitting or nannying, but I have had other experience working with youth through volunteer programs. The most recent being the Healthy Together program in Boulder. Which enabled children of lower income status to get outside more. This winter I will be working with 3-4-year-olds as a ski school teacher. Outdoor education for youth is a developing passion of mine that I am excited to explore this winter. Therefore, as a babysitter or nanny in the valley I am looking for a family that share similar values of loving the outdoors!
