Holly was a caregiver to our daughter from 4 months to 2.5 years old and has been a companion and playmate to her throughout, always nurturing our daughters growth, seeking out her individuality and strengths with intention and thoughtfulness. Well before our daughter was verbal, Holly helped narrate her experiences, spoke and sang with her, soothed her and helped her build skills for regulating her emotions. We see this as integral to our daughter blossoming into a creative, curios, empathic kiddo. As first time parents Holly supported us in developing our parenting styles, helped us troubleshoot challenges (feeding, sleeping) with creative ideas and was so generous in the ways she supported our household (dinner prep, light cleaning) Holly is 100% reliable and trustworthy, knowledgeable and flexible, creative, and with appropriate boundaries.
