Hiromi packed and cleaned my apartment when I was moving. She was very organized and put labels on each box. Hiromi also did a very good job cleaning the apartment, especially the kitchen. I also had Hiromi picking up an UPS package and house sitting (check mails, water plants, and feed my fish) when I was traveling overseas. She is a very friendly and responsible person. I highly recommend her.
