I will take the worry out of cooking 5 nights a week. Each meal is customized to your palate and dietary restrictions and only made from the freshest and highest quality seasonal ingredients Through a Personal Assessment/Kitchen Inspection, I'll learn all your food likes, dislikes, eating and cooking preferences to develop your Menu Proposal, essentially a personalized "Menu" from which to choose your weekly dishes. The proposal is updated semi-monthly and cleansed seasonally based on ingredient availability-but there is always a minimum of 40 entrees to choose from for each cook date. Entrees are generally designed around a protein with two sides and a sauce and may include hor d'oeuvres or an appetizer. I have been self-employed as a Personal Chef since 2004. Whereas, I prepared in clients' homes, a week's worth of meals for the clients to heat up and eat. I would come into their homes, cook and package the meals. Then once packaged, placed them in their freezer with instructions for reheating. I've also prepared meals for private dinner parties, birthdays and other functions as well. Also, I have provided several private cooking lessons.
