I am a student that is not only pursuing a degree in Speech Language and Hearing Sciences but music as well! For all 4 years of high school I have been accepted/participated in the Eastern Regional and CT All-State auditioned festivals. I was a part of two youth symphony orchestras, serving as principal clarinetist for both. 1I was the runner-up for the Victor Norman Concerto competition my junior year of high school. I also played at Carnegie Hall with an auditioned band. I have given clarinet lessons to high school students of varying playing levels.
Voice: For my sophomore year of high school, I received the top alto score in the Eastern Regional festival. I have provided voice lessons to high schoolers and middle schoolers. I helped with a middle school's chamber choir. I was a part of the Eastern Connecticut Symphony Chorus for two years before departing for college. In addition, I was a paid alto section leader at a church for a year.
