Helen is wonderful. She's kind, honest, knowledgeable very warm and caring. We really needed some help for the holidays. We were told by one caregiver we interviewed that she wouldn't help unless we would offer her more days and a regular schedule. That was very disappointing because we typically have things covered between myself, our backup caregiver and the primary caregiver but when he got sick, the backup couldn't be reached and I had a Dr appointment that I couldn't miss, we had a significant problem. So we found and then called Helen and I think we really lucked out. While she prefers more hours and a regular schedule, she was willing to help us out through the holidays. We like her so much that we would hire her to work regularly if the opportunity ever arises. She's great to work with and absolutely wonderful!
