About Heidi

I am 33 years of age with over 10 years of experience in professional child care for children ranging from the ages of 2 mo - 11 yrs, in addition to high school and college courses in psychology, communications and early child development. I have worked with families from several different cultures and am extremely familiar with all varieties of lifestyles. Open, honest communication between the children, parents, and myself, in addition to consistent parenting styles, are essential for us to run an effective household together and reach each party's desired goals and expectations as a qualitative team. Children tend to have an intuitive understanding of my abilities to empathize and connect with them as well as meet their needs as a unique individual, allowing us to establish a deep bond and understanding with one another on an interpersonal level.
