I come from a BIG family of 15+ siblings, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins and have played the part of tutor for nearly all of them (and many of their classmates). I love children and all their unique personalities! I studied at James Madison University and earned two bachelor's degrees in my four years there. I have worked in the corporate world both in the sales industry and as an administrative assistant/office manager. This means I'm a master at managing chaos, multi-tasking, and directing focus to completing necessary (but often unexciting) tasks. Since COVID has disrupted many of our regular schedules, I would like to spend my time helping kids get the most out of their distance-learning experience. My availability is flexible and I'm happy to conduct group-study pods for multiple children in the same class or grade. My goal is to ensure your children hit the ground running whenever they get to return to school in person.
