Heather was a very nice person. I was very pleased with her services. She had to reschedule a couple of times. I did not have a problem with that. The last time She was scheduled to come home, she called and asked if she could come 3 hours early. I told her that would not be a problem. She never did show up and never notified me that she wasn’t coming. She never responded to my phone calls or text.
