I have been a live in care provider since 2008 for an elderly couple with advanced Parkinson's, lewy body dementia, and Alzheimer's disease, along with COPD and type 2 diabetes. I got my LNA license in 2011 and then worked as an LNA through a home-care agency for five years. I was also featured on their radio ad as "an lna with excellent skills". Since 2012 I have been working for a private pay family (see my review) as my full time job while taking on part time or side jobs for extra pay.

Hello, I would recommend Heather very highly. Currently she is part of a team that provides care for my Dad and his wife which requires a level of specialized care and has been filled with unanticipated situations. Heather has demonstrated a high level of professionalism, dependability, compassion, and has a very positive attitude. In many cases she has gone above and beyond what would be expected to insure that proper care was administered. I am fortunate to have her on the team as I do not live close by. Having her on the team allows me to rest easy knowing that she is there.
