Kids have always had a special place in my heart and I was lucky enough to learn this from a young age. I started out watching my younger siblings, cousins, and neighbors. I believe that having been surrounded by kids at that stage of my life made me a more patient, empathetic, and well-rounded adult. I've worked as a nanny in Indiana, Chicago, and NYC, making the move to Brooklyn in 2014. I've also worked in Media and Events, and Retail and Community Centers. I've been fortunate to meet some great families and form valuable connections with the kids and their parents over the years. I'm comfortable with kids of all ages, multiples & special needs. I love coming up with new ways to have fun and promote learning and creativity through games and activities! Your child's safety is of the utmost importance to me. I cannot speak HIGHLY ENOUGH about Heather and the place she holds in our hearts after working with our family for the last 2.5 years. She has had an immensely positive impact on our son's physical and emotional growth. Heather has gone above and beyond with her thoughtful and nurturing caregiving from child lead play, feeding skills, sleeping skills, helping us with issues with separation anxiety, the list is endless. She is thorough and pays utmost close attention when playing with our son. He is starting pre-K and we will no longer be requiring a nanny, but of course Heather has become a good friend and we will continue to ask her over for date nights.
