Hello my name is Hannah, I have 9 years of experience working as a CNA/ Medication Administration. I have a solid understanding of appropriate patient care. I am responsible for using Hoyer lifts, bathing patients, changing linens and dressings, administering medications and helping with hygiene. I am experienced in working with all types of patients with varying needs. I am very patient and compassionate. I have worked in hospitals as well as home care. As a home care giver. I Performed duties for patients, such as changed bed linening's, prepared meals, and administered oral medications under doctor's orders or direction of nurse.
