About Hailey

Hailey is our full time nanny for our four and two year old and soon our newborn. She is the person that keeps our kids smiling and house running! She has never missed a day of work or showed up late. Every day we come home she has art projects, baked goods, field trips, and play dates she's engaged our kids with. Every day she has an academic activity she's worked on with our oldest - I fully credit her ability to write to Hailey. On weekends, both of our kids ask for her and are excited to send her updates on their projects and special moments. Her communication skills - pictures from the day, incident reports, relaying messages from school, coordinating schedules - are unparalleled. Hailey has always held an open and fruitful dialogue with both my husband and I, and her honesty and insight are key. She has worked with my husband and I through potty training, temper tantrums, separation anxiety and everything else little kids can show with exceptional patience and success. I never see her on her phone or not directly engaged in our family, and screen time for the kids is non existent most days. She goes above and beyond to help tidy the house, clean and fold laundry, unload groceries and anything else that comes up. She is a very safe driver and extremely alert and cautious when taking our kids out and about. Our family has grown so much with her as a part of it, and we will all be sad to see her go when I return to staying at home full time. I cannot recommend Hailey highly enough; she is a truly exceptional nanny and person!
