Grace was very conscientious and sweet with my parents. She was very easy to work with and communicate well and worked very hard at engaging my mom who has dementia in activities she could do. She showed genuine concern and empathy and went above and beyond. She even brought homemade soup for them to eat! They thought very highly of Grace!!
