About Grace

I am a responsible, dedicated, and conscientious individual who loves working with kids! I have had experience with kids early on, as I am the oldest of three children. Growing up I often had to care for my younger siblings whom I share a six year age gap with. I also often had reoccuring babysitting jobs for family friends. I began to expand my experience working with children in high school, where from sophomore year, I began to volunteer at Nisley Elementary. During my time at university I have worked with the community service office, tutoring at local elementary and middle schools. Therefore, I have had experience working with kids as young as 1-year-old, to as old as 17. I am passionate about learning and specifically like to focus on reading and writing. I am also bilingual and fluent in both Spanish and English, and am open to teaching and working with kids in either language.
