I have worked with special needs children and adults from the time I was 16 years old till present in one way or another such as I have a special needs daughter who is now 17 and my brother who is 48 with special needs. I have worked for a company in their group homes with disabled adults. I have been a school bus aide for special needs bus. I have special needs children on all my bus routes for 20 years and I currently work part-time, so I am looking to go more private and take on more hours. I have also worked with the elderly in nursing homes and in private care since I was 16 years old and still I am currently working with the elderly now in their homes.
