Gloria is always on time (in fact, early), very dependable, and communicative. The level of care she provides is excellent. She takes extensive notes on the tasks she performs and her observations of our senior's health and needs, and shares them with the family. She is experienced and knowledgeable, and also calm and encouraging. I highly recommend Gloria.
