I am writing on behalf of Gladys. Gladys worked full time as Senior Clerk in a Division of Motorist Services Office. Gladys's work ethics are exceptional. She demonstrates her integrity, trustworthiness and high ethical standards on a daily basis. She is very hard working, loyal, dependable, a team player, and has excellent customer service skills. She is always willing to assist me and anyone else with any task and never complains. Her work is completed well within the time frames allotted and is very accurate. She works independently and needs very little supervision. She never has a harsh word for anyone and has an excellent rapport with outside vendors, management and members and treats everyone with courtesy and respect. I am very pleased to recommend Gladys for any position that she would pursue. She has been an asset to me as Program Manager, Regional Manager, and the Division of Motorist Services. Gladys would be a welcome addition to any organization.
