Graduated from NWC in 12/10. My first job was an assisted living facility in Cody, Wyoming. I passed medications and was lead nurse for all PCAs and kitchen staff when needed. Facilitated with point of care duties, vital signs, falls, transportation of assisted living residents. My second job was working for Northwest Homecare out of Billings Montana. Licensed Nurse for pediatric patients with end of life care, complex diagnoses within their home setting. Duties ranged from repositioning, bathing, attending school with patient, medications administered via orally, g tube, tracheotomy care, oxygen monitoring, grooming, preparing meals, ventilator care. My next job was working at a Pediatric Clinic for private Physician. Administered medications, immunizations, developmental and growth monitoring, acute care of same day care ill patients, triaging incoming calls, documenting in charts. I also have clinic nursing exp as well as oncology, pulmonary, and currently Healthcare for homeless.
