She had an almost magical way of calming our son and couldn't have been sweeter to all of us. She was very knowledgeable, respectful, asked all the right questions and was great about keeping us informed throughout the night. It was our first time utilizing a babysitter for our son that wasn't a family member and she was very sensitive and kind about it and put us very much at ease.
