About Francine

I've always loved animals. Throughout my childhood, I owned a total of 2 dogs, 2 hamsters, 5 rabbits, and 5 chickens (including raising 3 baby chicks on my own). I currently own an incredibly intelligent lab/collie mix. I've been blessed to have her for 7 years now and have enjoyed training her to sit, stay, lie down, play dead, jump obstacles, and other little tricks. I have ridden and cared for horses for about 10 years and have a real passion for them. I've cared for kittens, puppies, dogs, cats, and horses for other people before, but mostly as a volunteer. I feel honored when I earn an animal's trust. I think it's important to be in charge as a leader, but gaining an animal's trust is an crucial part of being a knowledgeable caretaker. I have a passion for animals of all shapes/sizes!
