Felicia is professional, knowledgeable, personable, and very caring. She provided night-time assistance for my father when he was discharged from the hospital and needed help with ambulating and using the toilet. My dad felt so comfortable with Felicia, even though it's hard for him to accept assistance. And we felt very secure and confident that he was safe in her hands.
