I have over 10+ years of working with people with special needs and 16+ years altogether helping people. I love helping and taking care of people, it really brings me great joy. I have experience working in a group home setting and also I have worked on a psych ward of a hospital for over two years, so I am fully aware of the behavior issues some special needs people may have to express in order to get their point across. I also know not to take any of it to heart because some just can't help it. I understand the importance of letting them be as independent as possible.

Our beautiful strong intelligent 89 year old mother required total care after her stroke which we provided for over a year until we realized we needed help. Fallon came in and helped us get comfortable with having a non family member caregiver. Fallon is strong, compassionate and experienced. She was very good a getting my mother's cooperation whether it be nutrition, therapy or hygiene keeping my mothers dignity in tact. She was also a wonderful companion for her I was able to rest while Fallon was here knowing my mother felt loved, safe and cared for. We are forever grateful for her support during this difficult time. Fallon was with us until my mom passed here at home. Fallon is family You will be lucky to have her help.
