In 2007, I founded a house management/event coordinating/executive personal assistant service. Since it's inception, I have worked with various clients from varying industries, executives, owners and entrepreneurs. I have worn a variety of hats from Human Resource Manager to Layman, from Administrative Director to Estate Manager. I have served as a personal shopper and professional organizer. Most importantly, across the board, I coordinate, consult, and complete projects in a timely manner. On an administrative level, as an Office Manager of a Law Firm and an Executive Assistant of a Destination Management Company, my responsibilities included but were not limited to: being the custodian of confidential information, opening and closing of legal files, writing intermediate level motions, answering incoming calls, scheduling appointments, filing, calendaring, scheduling, submitting weekly sales reports, planning for corporate annual meeting and making travel arrangements.
