I have always enjoyed caring for children. I became a certified foster parent in 2001. In 2010, I had my last foster child. I want to care for a child (children) and family. My CPR & first aid are up-to-date, and being a nanny lets me enjoy caring for kids. My experience includes 12 months working in a newborn nursery, as well as many years babysitting from the time I was 12. I am a good and careful driver. I have also been a volunteer mentor for a number of years, which includes a background check and regular training at intervals.

Eva Marie has been with our daughter since she was 2 months old, and we will only be giving someone else the opportunity to work with her because a family friend is moving to town to help us with childcare. Our loss can be your gain! Eva Marie has been a wonderful part of our household over these months -- kind, gentle, easygoing, willing to roll with the punches. Our daughter loves her and so do our dogs! She is creative and considerate, and seems never to be in a bad mood (even when the baby is in a rotten one!).
