Esmirna ("Esmi") watched my children (4 year old and 1 year old) for almost four years now and we are unfortunately moving out of Hoboken. We truly view Esmi as a family member that has shown our children, and our entire family, more love and care than we could have ever expected. Her attentiveness to our kids both in and out of our apartment were witnessed not only by us but the community of other nannies and parents in the area. She is very active in bringing kids to activities, getting them outside daily, creating a group of friends. Esmi takes her position in our kids' lives as not only a duty but a privilege that she fully understands and appreciates. I honestly believe that you will not find a better nanny and overall human being to take into your child's life. She never missed a day of work and was never late and would stay later when requested. She also is willing to assist any other household activities including cooking for the kids, laundry, light cleaning and shopping.
