Erinn worked for me watching my two little boys (ages 5 and 8) throughout this summer until she moved out of state. She has also watched them intermittently (occasional babysitter) throughout the last 8 years. My eight year old son has Down Syndrome. The boys together can keep anyone busy. However, Erinn not only rose to the occasion of living at my house 5 days a week to take care of them, she surpassed any expectations that I had. My boys love her and consider her a "big sister." She played games with them, fed them, and worked with them on arts and crafts, outdoor sports and encouraged their creativity. She also attended to my older son's personal needs, such as dressing him and changing him. She was an active participant in their lives. They miss her and became very attached to her.
