I am a graduate student of Art Therapy with over eight years of experience in providing direct support to adults of all ages with special needs. I am passionate about working with special populations such as geriatric adults and those with dementia, autism, and other intellectual disabilities. I have experience providing in-home support and have recently spent several months providing care for my own elderly grandparents; I understand the challenges that go along with providing care for family members. I taught recreational art activities for five years and easily engage with clients. I have some experience working with children as well, including those with special needs.
