When I first started working at daycares I started working with children that are special needs and it made me sad that these teachers were not giving the children the special treatment they need so I stepped in and worked with the students and studied them and watched how they operated so it could help me teach them easier. My one student used to come in crying when she first started and wouldn't stop until she got picked up from school as I worked with her she became so close to me she now says the ABCs she can point to her facial features and she now allows me to paint her hands when before she did not like to get dirty in anyway! I believe these children need a different type of education and it brings me so much joy watching them grow and learn I wish I could help every kid in this world
