About Erica

Hi! My name is Erica and working with kids is my calling. It has been the most rewarding job that I can not imagine doing anything else in life. With over 16 years of childcare experience, including managing after-school and summer programs, my teaching certificate, and work with organizations. I seamlessly transitioned to nannying, known for being fun and playful, infusing joy and creativity into every interaction. Prioritizing safety, creativity, and emotional well-being, I provide a nurturing and enriching experience for children, partnering closely with parents. I like to teach life lessons through the power of play.
