I am extremely enthusiastic about what I do because I get to impact a child/family's world on such a deep and personal level. I really give my all to invest in the families I nanny for and it's a must to establish trust between us all. I have 5 years of paid experience as a nanny. I have worked with dozens of families that are from different backgrounds, including some babysitting for family with a sweet son who is on the autism spectrum. I've known him for four years and I assist whenever the mom needs some help or I am a back up babysitter. He is a joy. I have experience in providing healthy meals (he is on a strict diet), changing pull ups and diapers, being an aide in potty training, redirecting, playing games that are fun to him, running around, having learning time, etc. One of the best feelings is when I've seen a child overcome a personal struggle.
