My husband and I are both visually impaired and moving to an area that has no city transportation. Today I had to run some errands in preparation for our move. Erica was right on time and when we me we had an instant connection! I felt like I had known her forever. We were in the car running errands for 2 1/2 hours and she was personable and friendly yet professional and kind. She was calm and gentle, not overbearing. I felt respected and treated like a real friend though this is the first time we had met. I plan on having her also clean our home on a regular basis! I feel lucky and excited that we found her!
