I did take care of my elderly mother during 10 years. Her meals, medications, doctors' visits. Assist with bathing, dressing. Also entertainment like reading, used to sing for her. I used to take her out to eat in a restaurant, to the beauty parlor until after she was able to walk. Did take care of her until she died. That gave me the opportunity to come to know her better and show her my love. I learned elderly people are patient and thankful. That's why I would like to try a job like it with someone other than my parents. I am not a Certified Home Health Aide. Tomorrow, Jan, 21, 2011 I will take a training on CPR and First Aid because I am committed to work with people who need my services. Epifania L.
